Allegro's Preschool Music program is a fun and interactive group program for children ages 4 to 7. In this class they learn the fundamentals of music including rhythm, melody, notation and an introduction to orchestral instruments. The class is 45 minutes long, twice a week. They will learn high – low, loud – soft, pitch, major – minor, etc. We also teach them how to recognize all the instruments of the orchestra both by sight and sound. For example, by the end of the program they can quickly tell you if the sound they hear is a trumpet or saxophone.
The course includes Musical Ear Training, and develops the Memory, Rhythm, Concentration, Coordination, and playing in the orKIDstra with rhythm instruments. Allegro's Preschool Music classes are taught by instructors with university degrees in music who love working with young children. The instructors are patient, fun and very encouraging. Preschool Music students participate in 2 recitals per year, in December and May, where they have the chance to learn proper Stage Etiquette.

For Kids ages 8 to 15: Violin Camp: for beginners to advanced. Have fun learning violin with other kids! The camp is designed to bring out the best in young string players.
Small class size means that campers will get plenty of individual attention. String Class will include Etiquette Course. String Campers participate in recitals for their parents on the last day of camp.
For Kids ages 4 to 7: Introduction to Music: Campers become familiar with the concepts of pitch and rhythm.
Course develops the musical ear, memory, concentration, and coordination. Campers learn to sing in chorus,
learn to play Children's Musical Instruments (also called "Orff" instruments), and participate in recital for their parents on the last day of camp.
Campers get an introduction to proper table etiquette at lunchtime. A fun and interactive camp for young children, with highly qualified teachers.
